3. Pick the optimal sales method
At this phase, we can recommend what we believe is the most effective sales method for you to go down. There are plenty of layers to think about. What are you are most comfortable with? An auction is currently the most optimal method of sale given the state of the market but everyone is different!
4. Time to set a selling price

9. Celebrate a great result
Our goal here is to SELL your property so you can get one step closer to your dream life. Depending on how the property is sold, you’ll either enter a cooling off period or head into an auction. Once the buyer completes the payment of the contract price to the vendor, we can finally celebrate!
