Key steps to the Property Buying Process

1. Know your financials
This step involves understanding where you are financially in terms of savings, debt, bank statements and more.
2. Organise finding a lender
Compare different lenders to understand benefits and advantages of working with them.
3. Organise your finances
It’s a good idea to establish a budget and work out how much you can afford. This is also known as a pre-approval mortgage which is an estimate of how much you can afford based off your credit score and past financials.
4. Search properties for you
Now that we have a pretty good understanding of what you’re looking for and budget range, we’ll represent you every step of the way.
5. Time to attend open homes and private inspections
Next you will receive an agency agreement from your agent. Like any contract, read carefully and ask any questions before questions you need further clarification on.
6. Prepare for second inspections
You will receive a detailed information pack and agreement of how everything works, our process, deliverables, and costs.
7. Make an offer
It’s time to advertise and get your property out in the market. This means everything from digital distribution, creating the best photos, videos and ensuring your home is Marketed to appeal to as many buyers as possible.
8. Let us negotiate for you
We’ll give you a detailed schedule of events for the duration of the campaign once we go to Market. This includes property inspections, open homes and auction dates.
9. Celebrate now you're under contract
